if i could give this place 10 stars i would. the food is always phenomenal and fresh and the service is just as great. love love love this place :)

I come here with my sister and we always get the beef and chicken vermicelli bowls.Great food, and great people there.We had Thai tea and taro milk for dessert and it was delicious!

Of all of the places in the world I have tried pho, this has to be in my top 5. The dining experience was great and the customer service was INCREDIBLE. We never had to wait for anything, and our drinks were always full! Crafted with fresh ingredients, these bowls have more than enough inside and are plenty satisfying! This place is a must try! PHO-REAL.

Fantastic food, great service in a mediocre setting. Don’t go there for date night, but if you want a quick bite that’s delicious and healthy, this is the place!!! To play it safe get the chicken rice platter!

BY FAR, ALWAYS THE BEST PHO IN ALL OF TAMPA! Freakin love this place, best customer service and the broth/food ever. The only thing is, after coming here for the past 2 years, I realize that it’s better to have the food (the pho especially) to soak in the bowl before you take it to-go because the taste won’t be the same if it’s separately. I would highly recommend this place, especially their food whether you like pho or not, everything there is made by hand and is SO DELICIOUS 😍 (Side note: When I was sick [before the pandemic hit us] I would get so much better after eating the Pho here. Best soup ever!! Especially when you either feel lazy or don’t know how to cook or you live by yourself... the food here is HEAVEN.)

Tried their takeout service, it was packaged well and the Pho was delicious, very flavorful broth and the ingredients were separately wrapped so great if you don't love all of the typical toppings to be added in.

Another un-pho-getable meal! We love this place!! Been coming for years and we’re still happy to support during Covid. Everything is Super Clean and the dining room is Open! Yay! Quick and delicious food with the friendliest staff!!! I highly recommend👍👍

Pros: The food tastes very fresh. This place offers some of the best Pho and Spring rolls I've ever had! The staff is personable and friendly and the restaurant is decently sized. Cons: The service is a little slow, so expect to be there over an hour unless you make it very clear you are on your lunch break and on a time crunch.

Really great first experience. The food was fire (I got the medium beef pho) and the waitress was so sweet. Definitely will be back!!!

My usual vietnamese places are near USF, too far these days so tried this location near home. FABULOUS my mom & i had the the grilled shrimp bowl was super delicious. We ate in, take out was briskly busy

We’ve been coming her since we moved into the area five years ago. The staff is always friendly and the food is always tasty. We’ve eaten in Pho restaurants all over the country and Pho Hoang is at the top of the list. To put this review into context, this was the last restaurant we ate at before the COVID shut down and the first place we came to when things opened up.

First time visiting this Vietnamese restaurant and I have to say I am quite impressed! The service was great, all employees are nice and friendly. The spring rolls are fresh and the pho was very good! They have a very large variety to choose from which makes this place unique in my opinion.

Hands down one of the best places to come and eat with anyone you want to experience Vietnamese food 10/10 flavor and service 🍜
